Clients are charged for Featured Member pages by either credit card or via an electronic check. The payment method is setup at the time of purchase at the discretion of the client. The charge is automatically billed each month at a fixed rate. If the client fails to make payment, the featured member page will be removed.
Renewal of the Featured Member pages are at the sole discresion of Aspen Labs, LLC and any pricing for featured membership pages is subject to change. Featured Members will be notified of any price changes and retain the right to cancel membership as defined in the Cancellation Terms.
The Featured Member may not resell membership or transfer rights of the membership without written consent. Any attempt to resell the membership without written consent will result in termination of this contract.
Aspen Labs, LLC shall have no liability for any failures or delays resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any other condition beyond the control of Aspen Labs, LLC.
Aspen Labs, LLC will never sell or share your data with any third-parties. Your data is stored securely on our databases and is not available for the purpose of resell or exploitation.
Aspen Labs, LLC retains the right to Featured Member services and can cancel or reject a Featured Member at any time.
Featured members must contact Aspen Labs, LLC before the next billing cycle to cancel their service. There is no fee for cancellation and featured members can cancel at anytime; however, featured members are still liable for charges made up to the point of cancellation.
No conditions other than those set forth in this Agreement shall be binding on Aspen Labs, LLC unless expressly agreed to in writing by Aspen Labs, LLC.
